• Flat $15 shipping fee on orders below $200

All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched within up to 10 business days.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to stock availability, but we work to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes:

Shipping Restrictions

PurePeptix currently ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in tracking the shipment and liaising with Australia Post; however, delivery times and delays remain the responsibility of the carrier.
