Return & Refund Policy

At PurePeptix, we work hard to ensure that every product is manufactured, handled, and shipped with the highest level of care. Because our peptides and research materials require strict quality control, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy.

This policy helps maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance with Australian research guidelines.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research peptides, PurePeptix does not accept returns or issue refunds for any order, regardless of the reason.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong product

• Misunderstanding product use

• Unwanted items

• Inability to use the product

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

2. Product Integrity & Safety

Research compounds cannot be resold, reused, or restocked once they leave our facility.
For this reason—and to ensure safety for all researchers—we cannot take back any product, whether opened or sealed.

This is standard practice within the research chemicals industry.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Although refunds are not provided, if you receive:

• A damaged item

• The wrong item

• An item missing from your order
